I read your message, quietly begin forming ideas and come back to you with a sensible way forward. Oftentimes, I also make coffee. It is a complex system.
We can arrange a relaxed conversation, ask questions and work out what is genuinely required. I will explain what I can help with, how the process would work and the likely cost and timescale.
There is no package upgrade appearing halfway through the conversation and nobody rings a bell when you agree to proceed.
What should you send?
A little background, a few useful details and whatever currently exists - even if it has seen better days.
Let me know whether you need a completely new website, a redesign or help with graphics and visual content. Include any existing website links, preferred colours, examples you like and a rough idea of your timescale and budget.
Do not worry about using technical language. Explain it normally. I would much rather hear what feels wrong than receive twelve paragraphs about digital transformation.
